Shutting down an Instance

You can do a clean shutdown of your instance from the EduCloud Portal.

From the left menu choose Compute > Instance

select the vertical ellipsis (three vertical dots) and choose the “Stop Instance” icon.

When clicked on the Server name itself the same options as under the vertical ellipsis are also available in the top right corner.

Confirm that you want to stop this instance by clicking OK.
